			<description>I attended the CLOSER meeting in Tbilisi in 28-31 July. I had the chance to have presentation on BSI. The attendees are the representatives of NRENs in South East Europe, South Caucasus and Central Asia. In addition, we discussed the possible coloboration activities on the IT Security over BSI infrastructure.I met collegues from BSI in Tbilisi. (Ramaz and David from GRENA and Jacek from CEENet). I am reaaly impressed by the hospitality of Ramaz and David and looking forward for the SC meeting in Tbilisi.  </description>

			<description>We collected the offers for BSI tender and we are looking for the the  Competitive Dialogue  meetings on 1st and 2nd of July in Istanbul. This is another important step for BSI Consortium for supplying the required connectivity to South Caucasus. We could not see the light over the fiber yet but we could feel it now.</description>
